This was a concrete tile conversion. The customer decided to go with our premium Certainteed Northgate SBS shingles. It was a great choice for a longer lasting roof system!
Certainreed diamond deck synthetic underlay was installed on entire roof deck.
A 45 mil EPDM rubber membrane was installed on all hidden gutters with new drains and a custom 26 gauge flashing was installed over the whole perimeter of the roof area.
Gotta love that sharp black accentuation.
